Within the scope of the project planned to be built on lands belonging to Malatya Turgut Özal University Yeşilyurt campus between the Presidency of Mass Housing Administration (TOKI) and Malatya Turgut Özal University (MTÜ), the protocol on the construction of the number of houses that TOKI will deem appropriate, MTÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Aysun Bay Karabulut and TOKİ Vice President Hakan Akbulut.

The construction of the residences to be built in MTÜ Yeşilyurt campus will be carried out by TOKİ, and will be sold to MTÜ academic and administrative staff upon request.

At the same time, with our new service buildings under construction in our Yeşilyurt campus, we are creating both social areas such as Student Living Centers, education and training areas, laboratories, conference halls, and innovative education areas.
